#356 Normal users and mail notifications settings issue

Hello and thanks for this great IPAM tool!

I would like to submit one issue related to user settings and mail notification options.

1. When i set the options in local user account (not admin) 'Mail State changes' and/or 'Mail Changelog' to 'Yes', these changes are not saved for the account and in the respective column 'Mail notifications' the values remains 'No'. For this reason, the user is not included in feature notifications for state changes and changelog.

In my configuration these accounts are belonging to one group, which has permissions to one section.

1. My second question is connected to first one. If these settings for mail notifications working, is these accounts will receive only notification for subnets, they have permissions on?

Hi, changelog andother notfications are only available for admin users. Will update UI to reflect that.
