Not sure if this is a bug or a missing feature, but normal users cannot create VLAN's even if they have admin permissions (rwa) in their respective sections.

They can associate VLAN's with subnets no problem, but they cannot create them.

    Is this something that could be customised? I'd like operators to be able to create vlans
