#108 Compressed DHCP Range does not align on left side in IP table

When enabling the option to compress the DHCP ranges, these range do not align to the left side of the table, but are indented. A side-effect of this is that a range with higher address numbers does not fit on a single line, but is wrapped to another.

First a big thanks for the time and work on phpipam! Its a great tool, and no doubt the best and good looking "tool" on the market.

I still have this bug in your lastest built ([r397] - [v0.97] rev008) New installation this morning.
