#7 The Apache service won't start

I have downloaded PHP Home edition 2.3.4 and followed
the install instructions. Upon restarting the computer, I
tried to start up the Apache, but the Apache monitor
utility said that there are no services installed. I
uninstalled it completely and tried to install again. I have
noticed that the Apache configuration window
mentioned in install instructions failed to appear both
times.
