#211 Delete User page problem

It looks like the delete user function in the
development software I downloaded this morning Jan 5
2006, has a problem. It shows the droop down list to
select the user in the middle of the screen, but it
is not in context. It looks like the background
portion of the display is shifted down half a screen
or so, and the drop down box is in the middle of the
screen header.

this same symptom is on some other pages. I tried to
delete a job and had the same situation.

It looks like the screen that is needed is there, but
is behind the default portions of the screen (headers
and such) that are shifted down.
