#205 No cookies are given

Hi there,

I also cannot log on. it simply does not give me a
cookie, which i understand is supposed to do.
Cookies are excepted in any browser i've tried.
The cookie-fix didn't work, as wel as changing the
timeout and even tried the register_globals-fix.

All it says is:
http://servername/phphelpdesk/index.php?login=goto

and that's it. I've tried the latest, and the previous
version, but to no avail.
I'm using Apache2, PHP4 and MySQL4 on Windows 2003
Web-Edition (killed the IIS ofcourse ;-) )
