#192 Scroll Bar not present

Hi
In the Notifications and Assignments screen, if I have
more than 4 departments, I cannot scroll down to see
who has been assigned (if anyone) and cannot see
the "save changes" button. As this is only in testing
atthe moment it is not a major issue, but could be come
so if put live in the scenario I am looking at it for.
Any suggestions on what the issue may be or any known
fixes would be appreciated.
