I should have been more specific, and I apologize. I was
having problems creating the database and actually
connecting via my browser. But I've gotten as far as being
able to connect to the log on portion of phphelpdesk, but
now am unable to log in to add a trouble ticket etc.
OS: WinXP Pro
Webserver: IIS5.1
PHP: 4.3.4
MySQL: 3.23
I believe I edited the necessary config files. As stated
previously, I'm new to MySQL & PHP. I've downloaded some
tutorials and read online material. I'm pleased that I am
now able to at least get to the logon screen, but will still
hack to see if I can get it all to work.

OK, I've got PHP Helpdesk now up and running. How? I don't
know because I had tried all the previous suggestions
regarding the cookie config file and a few of the other
suggestions. All that matters is that I now have it running.
