The Delete Request function does not work on my
installed version nor does it work on the demo site:

Problem solved: The delete function for deleting users and
requests did not work. The code in the scripts
deleterequest.scp and deleteuser.scp were wrong. The code
is corrected and is working now. Email me and I will send the
new files.
