My apologies, I am new to Linux and Open Source. Your
project is awesome! I believe that I have followed
the directions correctly. However, when I click on the
Login hyperlink, nothing happens, not even an error
message... The url appears as
http://192.168.0.99/phphelpdesk//index.php?login=goto
Is the double forward slash correct before the
index.php? I'm sure I have not configured something
correctly... any clues what to try would be appreciated!

I wish this did work... I wonder if it isn't incomplete... I am
using RH 9, Apache2, have full php support... all the sites on
my webserver are php and they don't have problems. I hope
someone comes across the fix for this...

i have the same problem with suse 8.2, apache 2.0.47, php
4.3.3 with mysql support and mysql 4.0.15.
    My url appears like "http://webserver/helpdesk/index.php?
login=goto" so this seems to be correct. But no matter which
link i click on i get the url shown but the site isn't getting
    loaded. HELP! !!!
