#174 Can't login
I have installed the helpdesk on my server, modified the
config files accordingly and everything looks fine. As
some others, I am unable to log in correctly: The login
to the admin account works but if I want to modify
something, add a user or view a ticked, the index page
is displayed and I am logged out. The debug mode
doesn't give any further info and no other error
messages are shown. I tested the link provided
(http://ww2354.awi2.de/phphelpdesk_new/) and there
everything works fine.
Maybe someone has an idea to solve this problem. The
release looks very promising an I am very keen to see it
in action

Hi!
Please make shure that the Session management in your
PHP.ini (Windows-root) is correct set. Make also sure that the
path where the session cookie is saved is set. Let me know if
this still doesnt help
