[Phphelpdesk-help] Multiple Instances and Database creation.

I was wondering if anyone has created multiple helpdesks with different
databases? Is this as simple has just making different databases and
editing the db.config? Or is it more sinister requiring editing of
hardcoded references to the Database?

no, I did it just the way you suggest using a Cobalt RaQ as the server with
various helpdesks on there as sub domains i.e. helpdek.company1.com,
helpdesk.company2.com etc and then I created db's in the same naming
convention helpdeskcompany1 and edited the config file for each site
accordingly - end result an outsourced online Helpdesk RaQ.
