We've used it here both for three new purposes:
A) Allowing customers of our outsourcing business submit requests for work,
see what we've been doing for them, and get up-to-date count of hours we've
worked for them;
B) Integration with access control on the Extranet;
C) Generation of invoices via a new report structure that allows us to better
report the number of hours spent per-task/per-technician/per-company.
