I've successfully set up helpdesk on my RedHat 6.2 machine and am trying to
get the e-mail notification working. I'm pretty new at this whole thing. Do
I need to set up a user or other mail settings on the machine, or does
editing general.conf.php take care of all that?
I've set the e-mail as "te...@la..." which is a valid e-mail
alias on our mail server.
