Hi, I am having an issue installing phpHelpDesk
I downloaded the files(DEV version 1.0.2)=85. Place them on the htdocs fo=
lder
on my web server (linux .. appache). I created the mysql DB (with the sql
provided in the pakage) =85 modified the config files as explained in the
install file.
When I go to the $g_base_url =85 the page loads. When I try to login =85 =
nothing
appends=85 it looks to me like a simple refresh=85 no error message. When=

press on the only active link (help wizzard) a popup opens. Again, when I
press the next button, it looks like the page only refresh (I now longer =
see
the mysql error that was there before the db.cong.php was configure).
I canot find any help on the site =85. Any idea?
By the way, my server is on an intranet and has no mail server installed =
=85
can this be the reason why I am not able to setup helpdesk?
