[Phphelpdesk-help] Cookie Problem...advice or new version?

Hello,

I'm trying to install version 0.6.16.  Everything seems good, but I 
have all the symptoms of the cookie problem described in other 
postings.  People seem to allude to a fix, but I can't find it.  I have 
been able to use OTHER people's phphelpdesk installations via my 
browser, so there must be some tweak that will fix my installation.

Advise is appreciated,

Sounds like a config file problem .. Can you post your
conf/general.conf.php file?
