connect.inc.php is a php script interpreted by Apache. As far as what the
problem is, I don't know. Where it lies- not in phphelpdesk is my
guess. I would say maybe Apache can't execute PHP commands?
Anybody else out there know how to debug why Apache or PHP can't execute a
PHP function. Maybe an include in PHP is wrong?
I'm no expert.
