Phphelpdesk administrationDon,
I assume you have an admin account? If you do, when youlog on you should =
see links to Add User, Modify User, etc. If they never changed the admin =
password I believe it is admin.
If that does not work you can manually edit the MySQL database to give =
the permissions you need. If you need help with that, let us know.
Good Luck!
Mike

Subject: [Phphelpdesk-help] Phphelpdesk administration
Hello,=20
I've just inherited a network that has phpHelpDesk installed =
for both IT and facility maintenance job logging. My problem is that I =
am not overly familiar with either php or MySQL, and I need to be able =
to add and remove users from those that can add, edit and delete jobs =
from the database. Currently, anyone can add a job, but there is noone =
who can remove a job from the database as there is noone with the =
appropriate access priveleges.
There appears to be no actual documentation for phphelpdesk on the =
system, so I am in need of some pointers as to what tools to use for =
this purpose, and what syntax to use. The server is a Debian Linux PC =
running 0.6.16 of phphelpdesk. =20
