[Phphelpdesk-help] Weird Problem..

We are operating on version from the phphelpdesk.04.4.tar on a Cobalt RAQ4i
Box.
We Run : Apache/1.3.12 Cobalt, mod_ssl  2.6.4, OenSSL 0.9.5a, PHP 4.0.3pl1,
mod_auth_pam 1.0a, mod_perl 1.24, Mysql 9.38 Distrib 3.22.32.

 We are using the Ticket system and it works quite well. We have made some
Cosmetic changes as we
  use this system to file tickets. It is up at http://amwm.dstaftn.com

The Issue That is continuing to boggle me is this, some of our users cannot
keep a session open!
We have gone over cookies, Firewall issues, Proxy issues, you name it.. We
verify that the accounts
are active and in good standing order. We have no apparent issues with the
security table. It is fine!

Any help you have would be much appreciated.

Do you mean that when a user logs in, it logs him or her in fine.  Then,
when they go to click on View Tickets or anything at the top, it logs
them out?  If this is the case, I'm pretty sure that it is an Internet
Explorer issue.  It should work with Netscape.  There is a fix for this,
or at least I think it fixes it, in the latest CVS version of PHP
Helpdesk at http://phphelpdesk.sourceforge.net.  Internet Explorer wants
the cookies with domain name and a few other things included, where
Netscape just needs a variable, a value, and a timeout, and that's it.

Let us know if you're still having problems.
