What kind of reporting options are available with this software? I
understand that is uses Mysql(I believe) I am curious if there are any
preset reports. Thank you very much.

It does have reporting capabilities though I have not used it (reporting)
much. It does use MySQL and does a good job with it. I have been using it
about a year now and logged over 300 tickets without a hitch.
