Is there a way I can change my PHP Helpdesk to auto-logout users that don't
logout after a session.
This seems like it might be a security risk left open.

My copy already does this. It's very annoying.
I believe it's tunable with the cookie timeout variable.
find out where that is set and you may have your control.
