Some browsers don't print the textboxes (Konqueror was one of them).
Therefore, I made a show printable version that acts more like a receipt
than the modify version. In the printable version, there are line item
details of who worked on the ticket and what items were purchased for
the ticket as well.

button? Why you need to show a printable version? If it is an option to
