I have seen this issue before with PHPHelpdesk.

I would see significant slow down after about 2000 - 3000 tickets were
opened.

My resolve was to archive off older tickets to keep us below the
threshold.

I have about 150.000 records in the table events and about 31.000
records in table ticket.

Now I have seen that the speed of phphelpdesk decreased extremly.

Is there a posibility to speed up phphelpdesk for example when you open
a ticket ( it needs about 20 secs!)
