[Phphelpdesk-help] Speed up phphelpdesk

I'm using version 0.6.15 of phphelpdesk!
I have about 150.000 records in the table events and about 31.000
records in table ticket.
Now I have seen that the speed of phphelpdesk decreased extremly.
I think it's a matter of the sql query, because it always querys the
whole database and build it's results out of an array.
Is there a posibility to speed up phphelpdesk for example when you open
a ticket ( it needs about 20 secs!)
