[Phphelpdesk-help] Warning: setcookie() expects parameter 3 to be long

I am getting these errors right after a fresh install of PHP Helpdesk.  Could you offer some assistance?  (you can review this at the following URL:

the standard "admin/admin" user and pass will work. I have not altered any accounts.
