[Phphelpdesk-help] current status

Hello!

Well I try to find help desk software thet would fit me know about for a 
half year. But I'm not lucky. From descriptions I have kind of hope, 
that this could be IT, but I'm not shure, because I can not see demo and 
I'm not sure if this project is developed further or not.

So maybe you can tell me, if there is some possibility to see demo 
version and how it ill be with this project in the future?
