[Phphelpdesk-help] SPAM: editing a ticket once it has a stock item added

I have installed phphelpdesk, made some mods ( Re IE6 Login Loop issues )
and it seems to work great.

 

Playing with it now to get the hand of it.

 

Yes I run a computer repair - service - maintenance company

 

The question is this, if I add a hardware item to a ticket and total update
it, what do I then do If I have to remove an item?

 

Lets say I add a hard drive , then I have to take it off again. How do I do
that?
