Thanx for the prompt answer Mike.  Perhaps I am confused.  When a ticket
is generated by a general staff member is an email generated to
$g_helpdesk_email? Or is it just generated to the person whom submitted
the ticket?  If is generated to the $g_helpdesk_email then I have
something wrong.  If it not supposed to email $g_helpdesk_email then I
have expected behavior, in which I would need to make it do so.

I'm using an older version 0.6.16 so I don't know if this has changed,
but 
edit general.conf.php and 
edit the variable
$g_helpdesk_email = "us...@yo..., us...@yo..., us...@yo..., ";

and so on.....
