[Phphelpdesk-help] install question

I have managed to make it to the portion of the install where it asks
you to "create the tables for this database, and create a user "admin"
with the password "admin" and I am really not sure what to do at this
point. I am new to mysql and would appreciate some explanation of the
create the tables for this database, please. Thank you for any help you
can provide.
