[Phphelpdesk-help] Can't get it to run

I installed the DB okay and put the files on my Windows NT machine. 
 Next I edited the files that were recommended.  Here they are for 
reference.  I initially got 3 errors when I ran the login page:

Notice: Undefined variable: partfound in 
C:\Z_Mine\Customers\UBComputer\www\phphelpdesk\languages\english.lang.php 
on line 256

Notice: Undefined variable: p_id in 
C:\Z_Mine\Customers\UBComputer\www\phphelpdesk\languages\english.lang.php 
on line 258

Notice: Undefined variable: whattodo in 
C:\Z_Mine\Customers\UBComputer\www\phphelpdesk\config\header.conf.php on 
line 8

When I click on the login link or any other link the page refreshs and I 
am back at the Login page without login fields.  Let me know what I did 
wrong and why I am getting these errors.  Oh yeah I am using version 0.6.16
