[Phphelpdesk-help] Problems with installation

I=B4ve installed v 0.6.16 and I have a problem in the configuration. I ca=
n login but when I click any of the links in the initial tickets page, th=
e program takes me back to the login screen. The problem is with any of t=
he=A0 links including the help link.

The system is mounted in RH 7.3 with mysql 3.23.56 and PHP4, the url is s=
omething like:

http://my.helpeskserver.com/helpdesk/

And the database contains the example data included in the tar without an=
y modifications.
