I'd say the project is, if not dead, certainly in hybernation.  To the best
of my knowledge, my contributed changes (still only in CVS) about two years
ago were the last things that went into it.

Amusingly, I'm finding that I may end up deploying it at my new workplace,
because we haven't been able to find a better tool to do what we want (a
distributed to-do list, basically).
