Hi guys, I have been running PHP Helpdesk for almost 2 years. I = have never had a problem with the program on my old server running Redha= t 6.2, Apache, and PHP. I recently purchased a new server to rep= lace the old Redhat Server. I install Redhat 9.0 and compiled the foll= owing. MySQL - 4.0.13 PHP - 4.3.2 Apache - 1.3.27 Mod_ss= l - 2.8.14 OpenSSL - 0.9.7b Everything compiled fine, so a bro= ught over the databases from the old server. I copied the helpdesk dire= ctory from my old server. I ran into the famous cookies problem, = so I altered the cookies.inc.php. $date =3D date()+$g_cookietimeo= ut; This fixed my cookies problem. Now everything works except t= he addjob and closejob functions. When I create a new ticket and= choose the "Add Job" button at the bottom of the form, it just sits the= re with a progress bar on the bottom of IE. If I close out of the ticke= t and view jobs, I can see it was created. It just no longer takes me t= o the confirmation page that says the ticket has been submitted and an e= -mail will be sent. It does send an e-mail to the person filling out th= e form and another e-mail to me, so that still works. When I go t= o close out a ticket once it has been resolved, it does the same thing. = It goes into a loop and never takes me to the confirmation page showin= g everything that was done in the ticket. If I close out of the browser= and check the helpdesk again, it indeed closes the ticket and sends the= user a confirmation via e-mail. Has anyone ever seen anything like thi= s? Jeffrey M.
