[Phphelpdesk-help] help with installation

I'm a newbie at all of this and I need some help to get this program up and
running. So far, I've downloaded the program, configured the necessary files
and stuck it on the server it will running on. The path where the
phphelpdesk is installed is /usr/local/smbshares/helpdesk/phphelpdesk. I'm
not sure how to get the helpdesk-install to run or where to go from here.
Please help.
