[Phphelpdesk-help] installation help

ok, I have all the files loaded on MySQL server and I believe I have the
correct files configured correctly. I log on as root and go to the
helpdesk-install file and the script starts but ends at:


/usr/local/smbshares/helpdesk/phphelpdesk# helpdesk-install

PHP Helpdesk Install Script
===========================

This shell script will install PHP Helpdesk(version .03 or greater)
in to a directory of your choice.

Usage: ./helpdesk_install /usr/local/www/data

I am a newbie at all of this and I just can't figure out how phphelpdesk,
mysql, and phpadmin all come together to get a nice help desk tool. I
appreciate it if someone could lead me in the right direction, and I wish
there was a more detailed easy to follow instruction manual on how to get
this working. But I'll drudge through with what ever I can get. See ya!
