[Phphelpdesk-help] Survey for the helpdesk... please reply

I'm looking to do a survey of all active phphelpdesk users.
The helpdesk as is right now is primarily for internal helpdesk
services, but I would like to know how many people use it for external
customer support.  Please reply to just me and let me know what you are
using it for.
I'm going to start adding to the database for a new release, but I would
like to know how many people have went off in a completely different
direction with the helpdesk since the last update over 1 and 1/2 years.
