Everyone, I would be glad to take over as an admin to help resolve security fixes. I've customized my phphelpdesk to the point it is so different than the helpdesk you download. I'm not sure that I am using the database for the same use as most people. I am using the helpdesk for corporate use.... I work for an ISP and this is our service ticket database. We use it to open tickets for service, new installs and maintence on our network and for our customers. I have add a customer database to it, so you don't have to type the customer name, phone, etc, etc. every time you open a ticket. I have also enhanced the email options when a ticket is created. =20 Basically, I'm not sure how everyone else is using the database. How would any one else feel and what direction would you want the database to go for development? Any comments would be greatly appriciated. Thanx, Ray Miller, Jr. I've stopped 6,637 spam messages.
