I hate to sound negative, but it seems that PHPHD is slightly dead, at least
from the perspective of development; I contributed some code about a year ago,
but other than that, development's been pretty static; After 11/2001, the only
changes logged in CVS are mine (the aforementioned stuff).  There are two
admins and eleven developers, but they seem quite quiet.  In fact, it took me
a while to bug Andrew until he gave me devel access.

This isn't to discourage anyone from using PHPHelpdesk, and I certainly think
it's good of us to share ideas and things we've done to make it better, but at
this point, it's probably reasonable to assume that any further development
anyone here wants to see happen will be done by, well, the first person to
pipe up and say "this needs to happen."  DIY, in other words :)
