What's the pain threshold if there's an outage? How many things would you be supporting? IE Desktops, servers, printers, etc. What do you traditionally do for servers? Do you use desktops, Shudder, do you use low end, "whitebox" systems, do you use, I hope, "real servers" IE: HP,IBM,Dell, servers with hardware RAID, Hot swap disks etc. What OS do you plan to run this on?
