Phphelpdesk administrationDon, I assume you have an admin account? If you do, when youlog on you should = see links to Add User, Modify User, etc. If they never changed the admin = password I believe it is admin. If that does not work you can manually edit the MySQL database to give = the permissions you need. If you need help with that, let us know. Good Luck! My problem is that I = am not overly familiar with either php or MySQL, and I need to be able = to add and remove users from those that can add, edit and delete jobs = from the database. Currently, anyone can add a job, but there is noone = who can remove a job from the database as there is noone with the = appropriate access priveleges. There appears to be no actual documentation for phphelpdesk on the = system, so I am in need of some pointers as to what tools to use for = this purpose, and what syntax to use. The server is a Debian Linux PC = running 0.6.16 of phphelpdesk. =20 Regards,=20 Don.=20 ______________________________________________=20 Don Collins - Computer Systems Manager=20 Tyndale Christian School=20 do...@ty...=20 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net = email is sponsored by: SlickEdit Inc.
