[Phphelpdesk-help] How to admin the phphelpdesk

Hi there.
I just wanted to try to see if phphelpdesk can replace lotus and well,
i'm kinda stuck since whenever I try login I get to the default homepage
of my company.
Is there some url http://myserver/helpdesk/"something
<http://myserver/helpdesk/>  here" which I should type in or ???
