[Phphelpdesk-help] Deleting Departments problem...

Okay, I am having some major problems with this.  Every time I go to 
delete it.  It says it has been deleted, but it does not disappear from 
the pop-down list.  I then actually look at the data within the table 
and it isn't there.  Where is it getting its info from.  I have tried 
this in four different browsers so I am pretty sure it is not a browser 
problem.  I then restart my browsers and the last thing that was 
deleted is now gone.  Can I find someone who might know what the issue 
could be???
