[Phphelpdesk-help] Installation problem

[MF P. <mf...@ho...>]

I am a newbie to both Linux, PHP and MySQL. I have installed Linux Redhat 
8.0 with PHP and MySQL.

I have downloaded PHPhelpdesk file and run the default setup as described. 
But when I launched the helpdesk through the web browser, errors 
encountered.

Is there any installation procedure you can send to me and help me to get 
the phphelpdesk running a bit sooner, thank you.

p.s. I have checked MySQL and Apache is running.
