Dear all, this is my first post to the list so excuse me if it's been asked before. In our scenario it is a must to be able to attach documents (M$ Word, PDF... whatever) to have them as additional information for a given issue. Furthermore, it must be also possible to retrieve the uploaded document from above, given that it has been associated to a ticket/incidence. In other words: I need an "Upload-File" when adding a new job and a "Download-File" when viewing/updating it. Has anyone managed to come to a solution for this issue?? Thank you very much in advance!
