Could you please assist me in the following.

I've gone and setup PhpHelpdesk onto a Linux server.

Everything works perfectly but I would like to incorporate and escalation p=
art were I can log Jobs to certain people

E.g

Engineer.
Web Designer.
Helpdesk.

So inturn the page sends and email to them and then when I select
     =20

Priority Low, Normal, High, Urgent

this should set a time to it=20
So what I would like to do is change this so that I select something like.

Priority    drop down menu giving options like.

                                30 min's
                                1   Hour=20
                                2   Hour's
                                Next day Response.

Then the tricky part how do I get this to escalate too this person again af=
ter the given time and to a certain person (Boss)
If the ticket ( job ) Status is still Open

Your assistance in this would be greatly appreciated=20
