[Phphelpdesk-help] problems - installation

Hi NG,

when i open the file ../phphlepdesk/index.php with my browser i get the=

I've made the changes in the config files, and create the DB like it is=

written in the install file!

where is the problem

my system is Win2000 Server (geman) and IIS 5.0 php4.1.2
