Euhm, ... weird way of questioning I'll try to answer , ..

- Scalability: This depends on the setup of your web / database server , ...
The PHPhelpdesk application is written in PHP and needs to be deployed to a
PHP enabled webserver , ... 

The application does not make intensive or large queries to the database
backend , ... so the number of concurrent users will not be a problem 

- Platforms : 

Any platform that can run Mysql and Apache/PHP so the main UNIXES and
Windows platforms 

- Database: 
AFAIK Mysql , Mysql and Mysql 


- Technologies ????


- Security: 

	- Authentication trough user/password
	- Session handling

- API's 

you get the source code , so you can extend or modify the software any way
you like 

- Customizable : 

The sky is the limit 

- Source code: 

It is OPEN  SOURCE  :-)

Besides if you are looking for a bugtracking system I would advize Bugzilla
or phpbugtracker that is more in the scope , ...
