We are currently evaluating some open source bug tracking tools that are
currently available in the market for our project work. I was going thru
documentation on your site. Can u pl. provide answers to these questions:


*	How scalable is yr tool? I mean how many concurrent users does it
allow?
*	What platforms does yr system run on?
*	What are the diff databases supported?
*	What technologies does it support?
*	Are there any security features too??
*	Does yr tool expose APIs to work with?
*	How customizable yr tool?
*	Do u give the source code for yr product?
