[Phphelpdesk-help] phphelpdesk install help please

Hello:

I am trying to install phphelpdesk.  I have read the install file and =
have ran the helpdesk-install.  I have created the phphelpdesk.mysql db =
and have added the tables from empty.msql. =20

While the initial help desk looks ok.  when i try to log in as admin.. I =
get this=20

If I ignore that and try to go ahead and add a department.  I get the =
log in screen again.  then it tells me that admin user name and pwd is =
incorrect.

Could you please help me?  I have never loaded a php program or a mysql =
database before.  I will need detailed instructions.  Thanks. =20
