I havent had much time to look at things with this software and was wondering if anyone has succesfully been able to configure this software with the ability to e-mail every involved party (whether it is Customer or Owner of ticket) when a change is made to the ticket. I am looking for something that will update not only our customers but other members in our NOC center. If anyone can help me I would be very apprecitive. We are also looking for a way to have either an e-mail or some notification sent out when any of our customers opens a ticket so that we are aware that there is a problem and then we can go in and assign the ticket to one of our technicians. So far we have everything we need where we need it except for the e-mail problems..
